Managed Care Pharmacy Residency Program

EpiphanyRx is breaking the traditional PBM mold by removing conflicts of interest (spread pricing and rebate retention) and instead providing an aligned, transparent model focused on the lowest net cost and overall value for our clients.

In our one-year Managed Care Pharmacy Residency, pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care to members working with middle-market employer groups and their pharmacy benefit program.

This program is designed for those seeking a career in managed care pharmacy, specifically pharmacy benefit management. It offers opportunities to develop key competencies and apply the skill sets and knowledge learned in pharmacy school to real-world practice.
